I have been taking my dogs to Riverview for well over ten years. I haven’t price checked to see where they fall in comparison to other vets in the area, but for the quality of care I’ve gotten for both of my dogs I wouldn’t risk going anywhere else.

We absolutely love Riverview Animal Hospital. Dr. Scott Kepner and the entire staff are so friendly and truly care about your pets. We have two Boston Terriers and are huge animal lovers, so we take our pet’s health seriously, probably more than our own health at times. They are very responsive and never make you feel like you’re an overbearing pet owner. If you are new to the area or are just looking to switch vets, you really should consider this clinic.

This Animal Hospital has been a blessing to me. From emergency C-sections to a somewhat unusual need or snake bite vaccine, this amazing Veterinary Hospital has it. Lovely staff that are hands on with the animals in their care. Their office is clean and inviting. No question is too silly, I ask a lot of of questions. They always take time to find the answers. With a lifetime of dog ownership under my belt, I’m so grateful to have found this wonderful Veterinary Hospital….. for my four fabulous labs. Question is “Why can’t I give them 10 stars??? Like I said … I ask a lot of questions.

This practice came highly recommended to me by a friend who’s opinion I regard immensely. Scott has been her veterinarian for all three of her much loved dogs, and she absolutely swore by him. After having my fair share of poor veterinary care, I finally decided to make a 3 1/2 hour drive to give this practice a try. Long story short, I loved it. Scott is a very knowledgeable veterinarian. He and his wife have been available at all hours to answer my questions, call in prescriptions, and have even squeezed my dog in for same day surgery. He has made phone calls for me, written emails, printed off information I was unaware of regarding my dogs’ health issues, and referred me to specialists to ensure my dog was receiving all of the best help and information possible. I will honestly never go to another veterinarian again as long as I can help it, and I just honestly can’t recommend this practice enough.
Oh, and last thing. Scott is the only vet I have ever been to who has his personal cell phone number on his regular business card. He has literally answered my questions while hiking in Eastern Washington. For a person who has one dog who is a surviving cancer patient, as well as a young malinois who is constantly trying to off himself, this place is both a god-send and the definition of wonderful combined.

I met Scott and the team around 3 years ago. One new puppy later who eats random sH** like socks and crayons and well whatever my human kid leaves out and we have had our share of vet visits. The elder pup with pretty typical “aging” issues. Every time I call with a “need to be seen today issue” and I’m welcomed minutes later to bring my kiddo in need to the office despite a full clinic. The office staff are friendly, make cute name tags, know me and my family and I’m fairly certain know me by caller ID by now!!! I blame the new puppy for this!!! I mostly was hesitate to make a posting due to fear they would get too popular :). I am fairly particular in my (and all the kids) healthcare needs and I would recommend Scott and the team to all my best friends and family.

Trusting someone with my pet is very difficult for me. After relocating to the area from out of state, one of my top priorities was finding the right vet. Dr. Kepner is that person. Incredibly knowledgeable, straightforward, and generous, Dr. Kepner is clearly passionate about caring for pets. He truly loves what he does, and that makes all the difference in the world. It really really does. I also must emphasize that I have never experienced a veterinary office that works so well as a cohesive team. The techs, front desk, and Dr. Kepner have outstanding communication with one another and with me as a client. Everyone treats both me and my pet with the utmost care and respect.

Dr. Kepner was able to see my cat between his full schedule of already booked patients. The staff at Riverview Animal Hospital were very kind and compassionate when they were treating my cat – who had thrown a blood clot and then had to be put to sleep – last Saturday.

Thank You Riverview Animal hospital for being a medical facility that I can count on. Your existence has allowed me to pursue my dream of helping previously homeless, medical needy and senior cats, and giving them a safe, comfortable place to live. Dr. Kepner has the knowledge and expertise to diagnose and treat their sometimes complicated conditions. I really feel that he cares, and the staff is professional and supportive. They are pretty nice to me too!
