He and his staff are very knowledgeable as well as very giving with their time and support in helping you with your pets needs. Both of our dogs had uncommon health issues arise and Dr. Kepner did not hesitate to research and reach out to many other Dr.’s and specialists to fully figure out what’s best for a treatment plan.
