As a new client of our animal hospital in Vancouver, WA, you can expect our full attention to your pets’ needs. Our well established practice ensures continual high quality care for your pet(s).
When you arrive for your appointment, you will be greeted warmly, and we will accompany you and your pet to one of our examination rooms. In most cases, one of our veterinary technicians or assistants will start by asking about your pet’s medical history, current condition and the reason for your visit, gathering data for the veterinarian.
Our veterinarians will examine your pet, ask you further questions and then may recommend diagnostic tests if needed. This is a great time to ask questions. Our veterinary team wants to make sure you’re completely comfortable with the information we’re providing. We are happy to provide informational articles and brochures on any medical conditions and diet recommendations. Many diagnostic tests can be performed in our hospital, but occasionally laboratory tests will be sent to our nearby lab for specialized tests. We are equipped with digital X-Rays, Ultrasound, In-House Laboratory and many other diagnostic services.
Our front desk staff will process your payment and schedule any needed follow up. You will be given a printed invoice with itemized charges and discharge notes from our veterinarian.
Please note: Our goal is to see all our clients and patients on time, and although we have contingencies for emergencies, there will be times where the unexpected will create delays. We will ensure these are minimized as much as possible. We are a single doctor practice and we strive for the best quality of individualized patient care.
